  1. Julienne carrots and daikon radishes and massage them with salt to get rid of extra moisture

  2. Soak the julienned carrots and daikon in vinegar for a couple of hours (apple cider vinegar gives a nice sweet flavor)

  3. Mix all ingredients numbered (2) together until the flavor is balanced

  4. Generously spread the pâté on the french bread, and sprinkle some sea salt and black pepper on top

  5. Take the pickled carrots and daikon, and cilantro and place on top of pâté

  6. Spread the mayonnaise sauce on the topside of the bread

  7. Cut into desired servings and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 sandwich

  • French Bread

  • Pâté

  • Cilantro

  • Daikon

  • Carrot

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • (2) Mayonnaise 2tbsp

  • (2) Fish Sauce 2tsp

  • (2) Juice of a 1/4 lemon

  • (2) Onion Chutney 2tsp

  • Black Pepper

  • Sea Salt
