Meet the Bartender :Shunichi Ito

Hi there and welcome to 俊’s Bar!

I’m your bartender Shun, nice to meet you.

Well… I’m not actually a real bartender, but I love making food and cocktails for my friends.

At the moment, I live in a small town called Omori-cho in Shimane Prefecture, Japan, a tiny town with a population of 400 at the base of the World Heritage Site: Iwami Silver Mines.

Currently I work here in the town doing English tours, event planning, catering, beer production, and much more.

インバウンドツアー、イベントプラニング、料理提供やビールのプロデュースをしています。

自分のスキルを地域資源とマッチングして新しいものを作りだすのが自分のやりがい。

Graduated from UC Berkeley with Honors in 2018 with a Bachelors in Asian Studies: Japan

Graduating Thesis advised by Professor Karen Nakamura
